Really friendly service, made you feel at ease and no stress to buy

Wayne really went the extra mile (no pun intended) I needed a larger work van and being self employed I have very little time during the working day. Wayne understood my needs and had the perfect van and gave the perfect service (out of hours) to keep my business up and running! There was no pressure as we were left alone with the van to spend as much time as we needed looking around it and making sure it met our needs! We’ve had no issues and I’m sure if we did he would get them sorted! Thanks - Steve

Wayne was a pleasure to deal with. He shared all the information he had on the car upfront (both good, and could be better), rather than me having to ask to see things, and sorted out everything for us on the day - no pressure from Wayne, just wanted to get things done. Even though I’ve now got the car, Wayne will be dropping off and fitting a fresh wiper blade when it arrives, as had noticed a bit of streaking and wanted to fix it.

Excellent customer service, friendly, honest and fair.

We were encouraged to take our time and drive a couple of cars that we were interested in for quite long test drives to work out what was right for us. It didn't feel like we were under any pressure to buy anything and the service Wayne provided was great.

From enquiry right through until final purchase Wayne at AJW was friendly and helpful. I felt informed during the whole process and there was no hard sales tactics. I was left to look at the car in my own time and all my questions were answered. I felt Wayne actually cared that he was giving me the best he could.
A car is a massive purchase for me and I get a lot of stress from feeling out of my depth but this was dealt with with kindness which I was grateful for. I’m glad I chose AJW.

Wayne from ajw motors went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the motor I bought. We all know how edgy it can be looking for a new motor because of how dishonest people can be but there was no concern at all with ajw motors.

Rang up and spoke to Wayne, he was very friendly and we made an appointment to view a car that day. When we arrived he was very welcoming. He was very busy with other customers and gave us the keys to look round the car. He answered any questions we had. We took the car for a test drive and after Wayne showed us all the documents we baught the car. A week later as planned we went to pick up the car. Wayne talked us through everything with the documentation and this was my daughters first car so he showed her how to use the car. Wayne was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from his garage again.

Recently bought a Skoda Fabia from AJW motors. Wayne was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We quickly arranged an appointment with little hassle. We turned up to view the car as the weather was about to turn but Wayne made sure that the car was in an appropriate condition to be viewed. He was very helpful with all of our questions without putting any pressure on us to make a decision and was thorough with all the information we needed. We had also noted some sounds when braking during the test drive and Wayne made sure to sort this before we picked the car up the following week.

All in all, I would highly recommend AJW and Wayne if you are looking for quality second hand cars and can attest to the brilliant service we received.

Very helpful, honest & accommodating service. There was no pushiness or typical 2nd hand car sales tactics. We purchased my Son’s first car from here a couple of weeks ago & so far we’re delighted with it. I’ve had some dreadful experiences during this car search but this was great all the way through & they even offered support in the future should a problem arise. Fingers crossed that won’t be necessary but I feel confident this was a genuine offer.

I will be looking at their stock when my daughter needs her first car & I hope they are able to offer us something perfect!

I can only base this on my experience but from that I would recommend them.

Excellent service from Wayne. AJW are only a small business but they excel in customer service. There were a few delays due to my having the wheels refurbished but Wayne kept me informed offering my deposit back if I wanted to back out...can't be any fairer than that.

This is the 2nd car I've bought from a small dealer and both have dispelled the myth that all car dealers are sharks.

Wayne spotted my car was for sale and rang giving me a provisional quote pending inspection. I sent photos and gave him an honest appraisal of the car's condition.
